(Municipal Concert Hall and the Cheese Weigh House)
The Municipal Auditorium is a 19th century concert hall
built in the Neo-Renaissance style, and it also houses a
stylish congress area, complete with all facilities. It is
very simple to remodel the multifunctional concert hall
with its 824 seats into a congress room or, by folding
away all the collapsible seats, to transform it into an
enchanting ballroom. The beautifully decorated NUON
room is admirably suited to seminars, fashion shows, and
elegant dinners. The Municipal Concert Hall also runs
3 other rooms of various sizes and the 17th century
Cheese Weigh House (de Waag). The Cheese Weigh
House, which oozes history and is of truly monumental
character, could not be a more appropriate location for
receptions, wedding receptions and lectures. The Municipal
Concert Hall and the Cheese Weigh House both offer tailormade possibilities to answer your meeting requirements
right in the historic heart of Leiden.
